The terms governing use of this website and the business relationship between Hubei Fine Blanking Machinery Co., Ltd (HS-FINEB) and our customers — including equipment sales, refurbishment services, quotations, warranty, and dispute resolution.
By accessing and browsing this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of this website.
These terms govern your use of the website only. Actual equipment purchase agreements, service contracts, warranty documentation, and refurbishment work orders are established through separate written agreements negotiated directly with our sales and engineering teams. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Service and a signed purchase agreement or service contract, the terms of the signed agreement shall prevail.
HS-FINEB provides three categories of products and services, each governed by separate contractual documentation.
We manufacture and sell nine models of CNC hydraulic fine blanking presses under the HF-series designation, ranging from the HF-200 (200-ton) to the HF-1200 (1200-ton). Each press is a triple-action hydraulic machine designed for fine blanking, blanking, and coining operations. Machine specifications, included accessories, and delivery terms are confirmed in a formal quotation document. See our Products page for the full model range.
We provide on-site and in-factory refurbishment, repair, and spare parts supply for fine blanking presses of all major brands — including Feintool, Mori, Schuler, Hydrel, and Osterwalder. Refurbishment scope, timeline, and cost are defined in a service work order signed by both parties. See our Services page for details.
We offer fine blanking die design, process engineering, production line planning, and technical consulting services. Engineering deliverables, acceptance criteria, and intellectual property terms are specified in an engineering services agreement. See our Die Design page for capabilities.
All quotations issued by HS-FINEB are:
Standard payment terms for equipment purchases are:

| Deposit | 30% | Upon signing purchase agreement |
| Production Progress | 40% | Upon frame casting & machining completion |
| Pre-Shipment | 25% | After factory acceptance test (FAT) |
| Installation | 5% | After on-site installation & commissioning |
Payment methods include T/T (telegraphic transfer) and L/C (letter of credit) for international orders. For refurbishment services and spare parts, payment terms are defined in the respective service work order and typically require 50% advance payment with balance due upon completion.
HS-FINEB warrants that new fine blanking presses are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance for the periods specified below.
| Component | Warranty Period | Coverage |
|---|---|---|
| Press Frame & Castings | 24 months | Structural integrity, welding, casting defects |
| Hydraulic System | 12 months | Pumps, valves, cylinders, seals (normal wear excluded) |
| CNC Control System | 12 months | Controller hardware, servo drives, sensors |
| Electrical Components | 12 months | Motors, contactors, relays, wiring |
| Ancillary Equipment | Per manufacturer | Coil feeders, straighteners, lubrication units |
Repair or replacement of defective components, on-site or at our factory, at our option. Transportation of replacement parts to the customer’s facility is included within the warranty period. The warranty period for replaced components extends the greater of the remaining original warranty or 6 months from replacement.
Damage from improper operation, insufficient maintenance, use of non-OEM hydraulic fluids or lubricants, unauthorized modifications, die-related damage (the die is a separate tooling investment not covered by the press warranty), normal wear parts (seals, filters, belts), and damage from force majeure events including fire, flood, and lightning.
Warranty claims must be reported to sales@fineblankingmachine.com within 7 days of defect discovery. For refurbished presses, warranty scope and period are specified in the refurbishment work order and typically cover 6–12 months on repaired or replaced components.
