This website is operated by Hubei Fine Blanking Machinery Co., Ltd (“HS-FINEB”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a fine blanking press manufacturer located at No.91 Factory Building, Pengcheng Avenue, Kaitie District, Huangshi City, Hubei Province, China. We have been designing and manufacturing fine blanking machinery for approximately 40 years, operating a 30,000+ m² production facility with 126+ employees and holding ISO 9001:2015 and CE certifications.

When you contact us via WhatsApp or phone, we process the contact details and conversation content you share. WhatsApp communications are subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy. We retain records of these conversations as part of our sales relationship documentation, consistent with applicable law.

Our web server automatically logs standard technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps. Our WhatsApp contact link (wa.me) connects you directly to our sales representative Helen. WhatsApp is operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. When you message us via WhatsApp, Meta processes the communication metadata under its own privacy policy. We do not control WhatsApp’s data practices.

How Long We Keep Your Data

Unanswered inquiries: 12 months from the date of submission, after which the record is deleted unless a business relationship has been initiated.
Active sales relationships: For the duration of the quotation, negotiation, and contract period, plus 7 years thereafter for legal and tax record-keeping compliance.
Service records: Installation, training, and warranty records are retained for the warranty period plus 3 years.
Server & analytics logs: 90 days, after which they are automatically purged.

You may request earlier deletion of your data at any time, subject to our legal obligation to retain certain business records.
